Firstly about me, my name is Roy and I am 64 years old.
I live in South Birmingham, England married, and have 2 daughters and 2 Grand Daughters.

I have two main interests to keep my mind active the first is creating websites using WordPress and the second is smart home technology.

I decided to create this website to share my experiences so far with smart home technology which hopefully you will find useful.
So as not to mislead you I have no formal training in smart home technology or building websites just a good few years of experience.
